Baltimore, Maryland – As part of S.A.F.E.’s Team Member recognition and incentive program, all of our Branch Offices often find special ways to reward those who are committed and go above and beyond in their work functions. S.A.F.E.’s Baltimore Office recently completed work at the Black-Eyed Susan and Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Racecourse in North Baltimore and featured a few unique incentive programs. S.A.F.E. gave away 6 signature Preakness Pins to individuals that went above and beyond in their duties at these events. S.A.F.E. also ran an attendance incentive that rewarded one lucky recipient that worked both Black Eyed Susan and Preakness with a $500 reward. Shamira Marshall, a 5 year veteran of S.A.F.E., was the lucky winner and is pictured above with S.A.F.E.’s Director of Operations, Hunter McIntyre. This is just another reminder of the incredible commitment all of our Team Members have to the S.A.F.E. cause and a small way that S.A.F.E. can say Thank You.
