Jason Hamm

Event & Security Manager

Jason began his career in Security, working bars and nightclubs throughout Downtown Baltimore in 2005 while attending college. He started working his way into Event Security at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland, then the legendary 9:30 Club in Washington, DC, getting the chance to be a part of large festivals like the Virgin Mobile Fest at Pimlico Raceway, Earth Day on the National Mall, and the Foo Fighters 20th Anniversary at R.F.K. Stadium. In mid-2017, Jason consulted on security planning and operations for the to-be completed, 6,000 capacity indoor concert venue The Anthem on The Wharf in Southwest DC, where he was soon after appointed Director of Security to oversee all security-related staffing and event operations. After almost two years at the helm, Jason desired to grow into more significant security management events.

Jason’s start with S.A.F.E. Management began in July of 2019 in Arizona as their Event and Security Manager. There he was responsible for the 24/7 Security Operation at both State Farm Stadium and Phoenix Raceway and, on Cardinals Gamedays, he enjoyed overseeing inspection and field-level operations. Jason relished the opportunity to be involved in such events as The Rolling Stones No Filter Tour, NASCAR Cup Series Semi-Final and Championship race weekends, College Football Playoffs’ Semi- Final Fiesta Bowl 2020, Leake Auto Auction 2020, and MLB’s Cactus League for Spring Training at Camelback Ranch Glendale.

After time spent working in Nashville at the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021, Jason has returned to his role as the Event and Security Manager. He looks forward to a successful future of growth and high standards with S.A.F.E. Management!

Jason is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a designation earned through ASIS International, of which he is also a member. He also holds the Certified Sport Security Professional (CSSP) designation.
