Jeff Crytzer

Managing Director

Born and raised in Central Florida, Jeff graduated from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice as well as a minor in Community Leadership.  He began his career with S.A.F.E. Management in September of 2014 as an intern for the Jaguar season, during this time Jeff learned the basics of what it takes to manage security, guest services and personnel for events ranging from NFL Football Games to Sold out Arena Concerts. Throughout this time being immersed in the S.A.F.E. Culture.

At the end of the 2014 season, Jeff accepted the position as one of S.A.F.E. Management of Florida’s three Events Managers. He spent his career working hand and hand with the office’s other venues such as the University of North Florida, Jacksonville University and the University of Florida. In January of 2016, Jeff worked with S.A.F.E. Management of Arizona to help with operations for the NCAA College Football Championship. The following year he was brought back to Arizona to assist with their NCAA Final Four efforts. Since then, Jeff has been a member of S.A.F.E. Managements NCAA Consulting time focusing on areas ranging from overall event crowd flow to the security around the court and locker rooms.

Jeff began his involvement with Super Bowls beginning in Houston, Texas at Super Bowl LI where he was the Companies lead manager for SB LIVE as well as assisting the security operation during the NFL Experience event days. The following year, Jeff took on the role as S.A.F.E.’s manager for the NFL Tailgate party. Jeff is responsible for the budgeting, assisting in the development of security plans and leading the security operation during load-in, the event and load-out. He has since continued to work with the NFL Tailgate Event for the last three years.

Jeff accepted the position of Senior Events Manager for the Florida office in January of 2019. He assisted leadership with all facets of management including, stadium event preparation as well as administrative oversight. In the Fall of 2019, Jeff had the opportunity to develop, staff and execute all Event Security staffing for The Northern Trust Golf Tournament in New Jersey.

Beginning in March of 2020, S.A.F.E. joins the Raider Nation and the ASM Family in the opening of Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Jeff was selected for the role as Managing Director where he will direct all operational and administrative functions of the office. Jeff continues to strive to be an outstanding leader, who is dedicated to detail and always demonstrates commitment to quality and security for S.A.F.E. Management and their partners.
